In 2021, Talenta Mutiara Nusantara (TMN) Foundation supported waste management improvements in Jambi City through on-the-job training and implementation of a Waste Information System, strengthening data-driven planning, monitoring, and financial management for the city's Environmental Agency. The project also funded community-based Mini Waste Banks primarily managed by women, promoting recycling, local income generation, and women's economic empowerment.
